Always one step ahead

Logistics service provider Dematra N.V. (Nazareth) has purchased a 35,390 m² plot of land from intermunicipal company Veneco in the expansion zone of the "De Prijkels" business park. The intention is to accommodate the existing logistics activities of the Waregem site and to attract new customers, both within the food and non-food sector. Discussions with candidate customers are currently in progress.

For several months now, road works have been underway in the industrial zone "De Prijkels". These works should make the industrial zone ready for an expansion of 96 ha (of which 55 ha filled in by companies).At the end of 2018, 3 companies already bought a plot of land namely Renson, Monument and Spraying Systems. The last files have just been completed.

Dematra has just been nominated as Trends Gazelle 2019. The selection is based on the growth rates of the last 5 years (2013-2017).
