Warehouse Manager

• Lead a top team: You are a born people manager and manage a team of coordinators, warehouse operators and technical operators.
• Maximizing Efficiency: Through monitoring and optimization, you will ensure the maximum efficiency and accuracy of our automated systems and processes.
• Identify areas for improvement: Based on operational data and reports, analyze and suggest areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments: You will work closely with various departments to streamline logistics processes.

• Experience in warehouse management:You have a solid knowledge and experience in warehouse management and WMS.
• Leadership: You have demonstrated experience in a leadership role in a warehouse environment.
• Analytical Skills: You can make data-driven decisions and have strong analytical skills.
• Communication: You have excellent communication skills and can work well with all stakeholders.
• Problem solving skills: You are a true problem solver and love to tackle challenges and bring them to a successful conclusion.
• Stress Resilience:You remain calm under pressure and can cope well with the dynamics and vicissitudes of the FMCG sector, especially during seasonal peaks.
