Transportation Planner Distribution

As a Distribution Transport Planner, you are the beating heart of our transport planning. You work closely with your two direct colleagues and have the opportunity to be involved in both operational and managerial tasks. You are responsible for optimizing route planning, coordinating drivers, and maintaining contact with customers.

We use Navitrans and PTV Optiflow to plan our 75 trucks.
That is why we are looking for someone who is interested in route optimization and wants to actively contribute ideas about process improvements.

Your duties

• Planning and optimizing daily transport assignments using Navitrans and Optiflow.
• Coordinating drivers and vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient service using Transics.
• Communicate with customers about deliveries, delivery dates and any changes.
• Support the team in resolving operational challenges and ad hoc queries.
• Actively contribute to a positive team culture and smooth internal communication.
