Transport Planner FTL

As a Transport Planner, you are the beating heart of our transport planning. You will work in a team of three enthusiastic colleagues and have the opportunity to be involved in both operational and managerial tasks. You will be responsible for optimizing the planning of trips, coordinating drivers, and maintaining contact with customers.

We work with Qargo to plan our 40 trucks.
That is why we are looking for someone who is interested in route optimization and wants to actively contribute ideas about process improvements.

Your duties

• Planning and optimizing daily transport assignments using Qargo.
• Coordinating drivers and vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient service using Transics.
• Communicate with customers about deliveries, delivery dates and any changes.
• Support the team in resolving operational challenges and ad hoc queries.
• Actively contribute to a positive team culture and smooth internal communication.

• Experience in transportation planning.

• Strong communication skills: you dare to address both drivers and customers.
