What will you do?
As a Transportation Administrative Assistant, you play a key role within our transportation department. You ensure the proper administrative follow-up of transportation files and maintain close contact with customers, drivers, and subcontractors.
- End-to-end order processing (physically, in Qargo, and in customer systems)
- Entering orders for various customers and requesting references
- Preparing transport files for scheduling
- Administrative support for drivers (including monitoring issues in Qargo and app usage)
- Processing and verification of CMRs (checking, scanning, and entering into Qargo)
- Tracking PODs and shipping documents
- Billing (partly via Qargo, partly manually)
- Recording and processing subcontractor performance
- Verifying trips and pre-billing
- Assistance with basic scheduling and monitoring of scheduled trips
- Daily contact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Creating and tracking returns
- General administrative support within the transportation department
