Team Leader Warehouse fixed night

Are you a natural leader who keeps the logistics process running smoothly during the night shift? We are looking for a driven Team Leader with insight, decisiveness and enthusiasm to support and manage our warehouse team during night operations.

As a Team Leader, you will be the hub of the logistics process during the night shift. You will combine planning, coordination and operational support to ensure that everything runs smoothly:

- You will supervise warehouse workers and drivers during their processes, provide support and ensure a positive work atmosphere.

- You will support inbound shuttle trips and monitor truck loading, including correct load securing and documentation (CMRs, load lists).

- You will troubleshoot problems with the WMS system and manage the scanning process from A to Z.

- You will adjust schedules as needed, manage trips and perform necessary administration using TAS software.

- In case of deviations during picking or loading, you provide efficient solutions so that deliveries are made in a timely manner.

- You will handle calls from drivers and customers and monitor truck departure times.

- You organize depannages, change vehicles as needed and take into account transportation requirements.

You have the perfect combination of experience, leadership and operational acumen:

- Experience in logistics, preferably as a team leader.

- You manage a team and know how to motivate and support them.

- You make ad hoc decisions and think in solutions.

- You structure information and ensure clear handover with the evening and morning team.

- You keep an overview even during the busiest times.

- You are familiar with WMS systems and can quickly learn new software. Knowledge of trucks and their specifications is a plus.

- You are willing to physically assist yourself when needed.

- A forklift certificate is a plus - or you are willing to obtain one.
