Team Leader

After a thorough induction period, you will be responsible for the entire loading and unloading area and, together with your team (4 to 6 employees), ensure the correct shipment of (picked) pallets.

- You will be the central point of contact for the loader unloaders when problems arise.

- You will jump in as needed to ensure optimal warehouse operation.

- You will take initiative, show active involvement and report to the Warehouse Manager.

- You will provide training and supervision for new colleagues.

- You do the necessary checks.

- You preferably have experience in a logistics environment.

- You are driven and enthusiastic and like to think solution-oriented.

- You are a team player, you are flexible and you have leadership skills.

- You possess a good dose of responsibility and commitment.

- You have an understanding of the operation of a logistics warehouse.

- You are willing to work in a two-shift system: from 6am to 2pm and from 2pm to 10pm.
