To further strengthen our organization and achieve our environmental goals, we are looking for a QHSE employee with a passion for quality, safety and a greener future.
As a QHSE employee, you are the point of contact and the person responsible within Dematra for everything to do with quality, health, safety and the environment.
You work independently, but in close cooperation with colleagues from various departments. In this way, you ensure that our activities always comply with the applicable legislation, norms and internal standards.
Specifically, you will:
- Help develop, monitor and continuously improve QHSE policies.
- Establish, communicate and coordinate prevention and safety procedures.
- Establish and monitor environmental and sustainability projects (such as carbon reduction, waste management, energy consumption).
- Maintain quality systems and conduct internal audits.
- Report on quality, safety and environmental performance.
- Sensitize and support colleagues in safe and environmentally conscious work behavior.
