Prevention Consultant & Quality Officer

As a Prevention Advisor & Quality Officer, you will combine two crucial areas: safety and quality. You will ensure that our organization meets the highest standards and create an environment in which everyone can work with peace of mind.

You do this by, among other things:

- Develop, implement and monitor prevention policies.

- Conducting risk analyses and developing measures to prevent incidents.

- Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits to ensure quality standards.

- Supervising colleagues in safety training and quality awareness.

- Reporting on areas of improvement and successes to management.

- Following legal obligations and new standards around safety and quality.

What do you bring?

- A Level 2 Prevention Consultant diploma (or you are willing to obtain one).

- Knowledge of quality systems is a strong plus.

- Communication skills and persuasiveness: you know how to get everyone on board.

- An analytical mindset: you see connections and find structural solutions.

- Sense of taking responsibility and optimizing processes.
