Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, you play a crucial role in the day-to-day operational operation and growth of our organization. You are a hands-on leader who maintains an overview and realizes improvements:

- Lead a top team: You will be responsible for a team of 70 colleagues, including planners, drivers and warehouse operators.

- Optimize processes: You will monitor systems (TMS and WMS) and ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.

- Monitor Quality: You will maintain top level service and actively work on process improvements.

- Analyze and improve: You identify areas for improvement based on data and reports.

- Staying Up-to-date: You follow industry trends and proactively apply your knowledge.

You are a born leader with the right mix of experience, skills and drive:

- Experience: You have knowledge of warehouse management and transport. Experience with distribution is a plus.

- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a logistics environment.

- Analytical: You make data-driven decisions and see opportunities to improve.

- Communicative: You can communicate clearly and persuasively with your team as well as clients and other stakeholders. English is fluent.

- Problem-Solving: You think in solutions and derive satisfaction from challenges.
