Your role
As Office & HR Officer, you are the indispensable link between management, the office team and our clients. You provide structure, relieve colleagues of work and take processes to a higher level. Whether it's HR administration, operational follow-up or customer-oriented service - you keep the overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
What will you do?
Operational & project support
- You will support the daily operations of the office team.
- You will help set up and follow up on projects and process optimizations.
- You think critically about how things can be done better, faster or more efficiently.
HR support
- You will provide support with personnel administration and onboarding.
- You will be a point of contact for employees with questions.
- You will help set up orderly and smooth HR administration.
Administration & customer documentation
- You ensure customer data and rates are accurate and current.
- You will process transport documents, contracts and other administrative documents.
- You support customers and colleagues with smooth and accurate administration.
Customer service & internal collaboration
- You will assist in daily customer follow-up and communication.
- You deal with customers professionally both by phone and email.
- You will work closely with all departments within the company.
