Logistics Coordinator

- After a thorough induction period, you will be responsible for the entire loading and unloading area and, together with your team (4 to 6 employees), ensure the correct shipment of ( picked ) pallets

- You are the central point of contact for the loader unloaders in case of problems

- You will jump in as needed to ensure optimal warehouse operation

- You take initiative, show active involvement and report to the Warehouse Manager

- You provide training and supervision of new colleagues

- You do the necessary checks

- You preferably have experience in a logistics environment.

- You are driven and enthusiastic and like to think solution-oriented

- You are a team player, you are flexible and you have leadership skills.

- You possess a good dose of responsibility and commitment.

- You have an understanding of the operation of a logistics warehouse.

- You are willing to work in a 2-shift system: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
