Logistics Coordinator (2 shifts)

What will you do?

After a thorough induction period, you will be responsible for the entire loading and unloading area and, together with your team (4 to 6 employees), ensure the correct shipment of (picked) pallets
You are the central point of contact for the loader unloaders in case of problems
You will jump in as needed to ensure optimal warehouse operation
You take initiative, show active involvement and report to the Warehouse Manager
You fully immerse yourself in warehouse software and control automation
You provide training and supervision of new colleagues
You do the necessary checks

You preferably have experience in a logistics environment.
You are driven and enthusiastic and like to think solution-oriented
You are a team player, you are flexible and you have leadership skills.
You possess a good dose of responsibility and commitment.
You can work well with a WMS, experience with Dynaman and/or GLA is a big plus
You have an understanding of the operation of a logistics warehouse.
You are willing to work in a 2-shift system: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
