Your role
As a Transport & Logistics Administrative Assistant, you play a central role in our day-to-day operations.
You ensure that our transport administration runs smoothly and that drivers, customers, and colleagues can count on you.
You're the one behind the scenes who makes sure everything runs smoothly.
Your duties
- In the morning, you’ll greet our drivers and give them their trip sheets and the necessary documents.
- You will be in contact with customers in the event of shortages, discrepancies, or additional questions.
- You process delivery notes, shipping documents, and administrative files accurately and correctly.
- You will handle the day-to-day logistics administration.
- You will support the day-to-day operations of the transportation team.
- You will monitor the expiration dates of Code 95 certificates, driver’s licenses, and drivers’ documents.
- You will schedule training sessions and ensure that all administrative paperwork is in order.
- You will be responsible for managing the vehicle fleet.
- You schedule vehicle maintenance, technical inspections, and repairs.
- You will closely monitor service calls, appointments with repair shops, and technical paperwork.
- You actively contribute ideas for improvements and more efficient work methods.
- You will help ensure structure, organization, and professional follow-up within the administrative department.
