What will you do?
As a logistics administrative clerk, you will be a central point of contact on site and will be responsible for a wide and varied range of duties, including:
- Management and processing of documents and correspondence
- File follow-up and reporting
- Follow-up of picking and packing
- Preparation of manual orders and entry of transport orders in the portal
- Processing of fines and administrative follow-up thereof
- Ordering and managing work clothing
- Creation of badges for employees and visitors
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Recording and tracking sickness and absences
- Point of contact for employees, drivers and external partners
- General support to the department in administrative and logistical tasks
