Key Account Manager

You are familiar with working with multinational companies

• You will participate in the development and execution of the commercial strategy at Dematra.
• You will monitor market trends, competitive activities and customer needs to respond in a timely manner and adjust strategy as needed.
• You will analyze sales performance, market data and customer feedback for large(er) customers to gain better insights and develop action plans.
• You closely monitor KPIs.
• You identify and exploit new market opportunities and partnerships for the entire Dematra Group.
• You know how to strike a good balance between farming and hunting.
• You will manage and expand our warehousing customer portfolio that consists mainly of international companies.

You have a passion for sales and building strong customer relationships

• Through your enthusiasm and professionalism, you will build solid relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• You have a relevant experience of 2-5 years in a similar position.
• You communicate clearly and honestly. Also in English.
• Your proactive mindset guarantee an efficient and valued approach.
• You can easily adapt to changing conditions and can work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or affinity with logistics is a strong asset.
