What will you do?
For our organization, we are looking for an IT / Dynaman Expert who will be responsible for daily IT support and management of our IT environment, with a strong focus on the Dynaman ERP system. You will be the central point of contact for users and suppliers and will ensure that our IT infrastructure continues to operate reliably and efficiently.
Dynaman (core responsibility)
- Expert and internal contact person for Dynaman
- Supporting users with questions and problems in Dynaman
- Follow-up on incidents and functional questions
- Consultation with supplier and external partners regarding Dynaman
- Contributing ideas for optimizations and improvements within Dynaman
IT Support & Management
- Handling daily IT questions (first line support)
- Supporting employees with hardware and software issues
- User onboarding and offboarding
- Management of user accounts and access rights
- Point of contact for suppliers regarding IDE messages and software programs
Hardware & Workplace Design
- Installation and configuration of new devices
- Rolling out laptops via Intune / Autopilot
- Installation and management of printers and scanning solutions
Infrastructure
- Maintenance of the IT infrastructure
- Server environment management (HA ESXi setup)
- Network management: switching and wireless
- Managing and monitoring firewalls and VPN tunnels
