As an HR Officer, you play a key role within our organization and support day-to-day HR operations.
You ensure accurate administrative follow-up and serve as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, and external partners.
- Maintaining contact with staffing agencies and following up on temporary staffing requests.
- Selecting candidates and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinating and monitoring the recruitment process.
- Administrative follow-up on personnel files.
- Processing and tracking sick notes, absences, and other HR-related documents.
- Provide support during the onboarding of new employees.
- Answering employees' questions about HR-related topics.
- Help further optimize HR processes.
