As an HR Officer, you know exactly how to recognize, attract, and retain talent. You are the driving force behind a smooth personnel policy, with an eye for detail and for people. With you, everything is in good hands!

What will you do?

- Recruitment & Selection: You find the perfect match for every job opening.

- Administration: You will ensure that all HR processes run smoothly, from employment contracts to personnel files.

- Advice: You are the point of contact for colleagues with questions about benefits and human resources issues.

- Development: You will support training and education to grow our organization.

- Engagement: You will devise and organize initiatives to keep our employees engaged and satisfied.

- You have experience in a similar HR role, and definitely in recruitment and selection.

- You are organized, communicatively strong and a true team player.

- You have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR trends.

- You love people as well as processes.
