What will you do?
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and Selection: You manage the entire recruitment process, from drafting job postings to interviewing and selecting the best candidates. You know better than anyone how to make our vacancies visible through our own and digital channels. You actively use platforms like LinkedIn to spot and approach talent, and you're not afraid to actively headhunt yourself.
- HR Projects: You review HR processes and see how we can work more efficiently and purposefully.
- Administration: You will ensure that all HR processes run smoothly, from employment contracts to personnel files.
- Advice: You are the point of contact for colleagues with questions about benefits and human resources issues.
- Development: You will support training and education to grow our organization.
- Engagement: You will devise and organize initiatives to keep our employees engaged and satisfied.
