Front Desk Officer (Distribution)

You are the first contact for our customers

You are the first point of contact for customers via phone and email

You will receive visitors in our main building in a cordial manner.

You will manage our customer mailbox and ensure smooth, professional handling of inquiries.

You handle complaints and communicate clearly to the customer.

You will maintain daily loading dock inventory and investigate any shortages with the warehouse team.

You handle the administration around (return) orders.

You will make bookings in the portals of end customers (Colruyt, Lidl, Carrefour, etc.).

You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

You will work from 8:30am-4:30pm.

You have relevant experience in customer service.

You get energy from customer contacts and are commercially minded.

You are a team player, daring to ask for help and happy to offer it.

You remain calm under pressure and can move quickly when problems arise.

You have an understanding of logistics and transportation processes or are willing to learn.

You are responsible and have a proactive work ethic.

You work fluently with Microsoft Office and enjoy learning our ERP system Navision (training provided).

Speaking to customers in French does not scare you, as 10% of our customers are French-speaking.

A healthy portion of administrative work does not deter you.
