What will you do?
You are the first contact for our customers
You are the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
You will receive visitors in our main building in a cordial manner.
You will manage our customer mailbox and ensure smooth, professional handling of inquiries.
You handle complaints and communicate clearly to the customer.
You will maintain daily loading dock inventory and investigate any shortages with the warehouse team.
You handle the administration around (return) orders.
You will make bookings in the portals of end customers (Colruyt, Lidl, Carrefour, etc.).
You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
You will work from 8:30am-4:30pm.
