Financial Manager

Are you a financial strategist with a keen eye and a drive to make an impact? As a Financial Manager you lead our financial processes and provide strategic advice to management. What will you do?

- You will develop financial strategies and prepare budgets.

- You ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual closings.

- You will work with auditors and assist with financial audits.

- You translate numbers into clear reports and insights for management.

- You keep us on track with laws and regulations and minimize financial risks.

- You motivate and mentor the finance team and streamline processes as needed.

- As a sparring partner for management, you support strategic decisions with your expertise.

- A completed master's degree, preferably in finance, accounting or economics.

- Relevant work experience, ideally in a similar role.

- Experience with financial systems and extensive knowledge of Excel.

- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.

- Strong communication skills: you translate complex numbers into clear insights.

- A proactive, results-oriented attitude.
