Dispatcher

You are the link between customers and drivers

- You will be the first point of contact for the drivers, via the onboard computer (80%) and telephone (20%).

- You will contact our regular customers to help the driver move on quickly

- All kinds of problems such as customer not being present to receive the goods, goods being refused, references not correct, ... you solve quickly and adequately.

- To handle everything efficiently, you will work closely with the transportation planners

You are service-oriented and communicative

- You are enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team.

- A real problem solver, you like to grasp things and bring them to a successful conclusion and therefore, you adopt a flexible attitude.

- You maintain an overview and insight even if not everything goes as desired, a good dose of stress resistance comes in handy. 

- You are extremely precise.

- You communicate very fluently in Dutch and in addition you have practical French and English

- You can handle Microsoft Office and an ERP system, such as Navision.
