What will you do?
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, answering questions, and providing support to customers through various communication channels such as telephone, email, and chat.
- You are the link between customers and Dematra for all operational questions.
- Develop, implement, and enforce customer service policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Check everything in our own WMS system and compare it with our customers' SAP system.
- Identify and contact prospects to further expand the customer portfolio and thus achieve the targeted turnover.
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and take action to continuously improve the quality of customer service.
- Handle food products in accordance with BRCGS rules as described in the quality manual.
